How have you been feeling today? The 'How Are You Feeling' poster can be put up on the wall at home, school or in your therapy room, or kept in your pocket or bag, so that you, or those you care about, can express how they have been feeling in a non-pressured manner.
What are the benefits of using this resource?
Sometimes talking about how we feel can be too hard to put into words, so having posters around that people can simply point at as a way of expressing how they are feeling to others is a helpful tool in starting conversations with others about how we are feeling.

Sharing our experiences can be empowering, as it can help us to take back control of our lives by allowing us to identify and manage our difficulties, and take positive and proactive steps to overcome these. However, we can sometimes find it hard to talk about our difficulties and how we feel; in such cases, writing these down can feel easier and less painful and can serve as a great method of communicating when words are too difficult to speak.
