What is the KyAnn Wellbeing Membership Hub?

Our membership hub is still in the development stages, but will soon be available via subscription at the affordable cost of £1.99 per month or £19.99 per year. Within the hub, you'll have access to over 500 information and advice sheets, resource packs, activity ideas, games, and worksheets, which are all aimed at individuals who want to promote positive wellbeing within themselves and others, as well as, parents, carers, and professionals who are looking for resources to support their children and clients.

How do I sign up to the KyAnn Wellbeing Hub?

Once our membership hub has gone live you'll be able to sign up to the hub via the 'Our Subscription Plans' page.

How and when are payments taken?

Once you've signed up to our membership hub, you'll get a free 7 day trial. On the 8th day following sign up, the credit/debit card which you added when you signed up will be charged either £1.99 if you choose our monthly plan, or £19.99 if you choose our yearly plan. If you cancel before the 7 day trial has ended, you will not be charged.

How do I change my email or contact details?

How do I access the KyAnn Wellbeing Membership Hub?

You can access the membership hub by clicking on the login icon in the top right hand corner of each webpage.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or can't log in?

You don't have a resource I need, can I request this?

Yes, of course. Send us an email at info@kyannwellbeing.co.uk and we'll happily look into resource requests. However, please be aware, not all requests will be possible.

Do I have to join the mailing list or membership subscription service to access the free resources?

No, all our free resources can be viewed, downloaded, and printed at home, 100% commitment free, and totally without charge. Although, terms and conditions of usage do apply.

How do I cancel my membership subscription?

You can cancel your membership to our hub at anytime, however, you will be charged for your the time used, be that the monthly or yearly plan cost, whichever you signed up to.
