We will not share your personal information with any third party, except in cases of we are required by law to safeguard the health, wellbeing, and safety of our staff and volunteers at KyAnn Wellbeing, our users, customers and clients, and the wider population. In such cases, we complete our legal obligation to report relevant information to the appropriate authorities, such as children’s services and/or the police.

The length of time we store your personal information is dependent on the type of information and its use.
