Our Returns Policy
Our returns policy at KyAnn Wellbeing lasts 14 days. This is often referred to as a 14-day cooling-off period. This means that you can return your products, services and/or resources within 14 of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. However, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be returned in an unused condition, and be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Please email us at info@kyannwellbeing.co.uk if you wish to return your item.
We aim to reply within 48 hours and will assist you in returning your item.
Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item, and whether we have approved or rejected your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and funds will be credited via the original method of payment. This can take a number of days.
Sale items are not included in the 14-day cooling-off period.
Purchases that require our digital products, services, or resources to be downloaded are not covered by the 14-day cooling-off period in the cases where users wish to download these within this time frame. This is necessary as when products, services, and/or resources are downloaded to your device, we are then unable to secure a return. However, if you do not give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period, you will need to wait to download our digital products, services and/or resources until the 14-day cooling-off period has ended. Exchanges
We will happily replace items, including sale items, that are damaged or defective. If you require an exchange please email us at info@kyannwellbeing.co.uk.
We aim to reply within 48 hours and will assist you in return the damaged or defective item and exchanging it.

Shipping
Once we have received the returned item, we will reimburse you the postage costs for the return, if you provide us with proof of postage.
